WTD > air bottle and/or mini rail

I am looking for an air bottle, however with my short arms it needs to be shorter than the one I have now. So at most probably 11 inches/28cm long all in.
Another way I could get around this issue is by getting a mini rail to offset the air bottle a little more ( I am lead to believe this should work).
obversly the less I need to spend the better as my funds are not looking great

Speak to Crilly I think he is looking for a full bottle so might be selling a stubby .8l bottle as he is getting a full sized 1.1 bottle

I've got a work colleague has got a stubby steel air bottle for £30
