The Stafford M6 hotel is currently £24 a night which is lowest in area but it will be going up soon! May be worth getting one booked! I myself cannot confirm if I will be playing as the 17th is my birthday and I may be busy getting smashed!

We will have the kit by then which means we will then be sticking to the original plan. The most experienced team, therefore playing Div 1 will be made up ONLY of people who have the kit. This is not entirely our call due to sponsors although I personally think it is the best way to do it and also the best way to secure sponsorship in the future.

Our main sponsor is BZ and Dye which means if you would like any equipment that you do not get with the deal I would STRONGLY recommend buying Dye... through BZ! (Discount will apply)

If we manage 2 teams we get extra discount on entry on top of our sponsorship, so it is in everyones best interests to get your names down.
The last 2 months tourneys have had a disgustingly disappointing turnout and I would like to see this improve immediately. Luckily over the last 2 months we have had the good fortune of Kinetic bailing us out. Doesn't matter what skill level you are, if you want to play get your name down!

I know I you guys had problems with paint and guns but what was the rest of the tournament like? Good bad views etc etc

To be honest the paint and gun trouble left us little time to do anything but wait for our inevitable demise. Most games we had up to four guns souping off the break and little improved as the games went on. I think everyone played to the most of their abilities for the situation although I think with the team we had Div 1 was a little bit of a high aim. Maybe Div 2 would have been more suitable. A few minor points that came about during the day individually which we are each going to have to work at, unfortunately I didn't have much time to observe what was happening because I spent most of my time cleaning out my barrel.
With the loss of most of the experience on the team I think it may be apt to drop down to Div 2 as Delta and start working from the bottom up, start again concentrating on core skills and build from there.
We need to start with some work on basic communication, movement and lanes. Something to look at at next tourney.
Im not sticking any particular blame on this, I think we all need to take a step back and look at the basics again rather than ploughing into it and hoping for the best.
On the plus side there were some valiant efforts by each person. Graham held himself together very well it being his first tourney and in such difficult circumstances. Crouchy made some unreal moves and kept the heat on even when getting a shot off was a pipe dream. Holly held the back line well and shot some decent lanes. Sly mullered that snake, kept them guessing.
Lets just focus on Div 2 for now and start fresh at the next event hopefully with some guns and paint that work!

Sounds like you had quite the mare! wish I could of been there to help out but I was in no fit state!

kai got it pritty much spot on. We do need to work on the basics and comunication. Let be honest the paint was a very big problem thers nothing worse when you can see one or two people in the open and all you seem to fire is soup. The field was extremly muddy again (i hope mr random never got a photo of me on my back at the tea bags). organisation of the event was a little bit of down this weekend due to a team not turning up.
most games were re-organised which in one case dampend our spirts when we had to wait around 9 or 10 games before we played.
me personally my self i need to get more use to fireing with my left hand and time some of my moves a bit better. The more experience i get the better

well yes i think its all been said
the field was horrific but I think i did pretty well with my first torny

I really need to work on my communication and just not panicking in toughs cases when your pined down and most other things.
for me i think its a good idea dropping into Div 2 and working back up but honestly is up to you guys to decide.
I think I should start pushing my self into the snake.

I think that every one played to the best of their ability with all of the problems and I still enjoyed it even with all the problems and thankful that that torny will probely be the worst i will see.
