Communication improved, got the basics right, still a lack of paint being shot, bunkers refilled, aggressive, good support play,

Lack of communication, paint, movement, support play.
I know the team lacks experience and this will come with time but it showed when u worked as a team, moved, shot paint and were aggressive u won, players were getting isolated without support and u really need to shoot alot more paint

gonna do this in stages -

morning/lunch and finish. gonna start with this sh¡t. you all got out of bed by yourselves got your kit over to the truck with no drama and paint sorted as well. all guns had new batteries and thronged easy enough. no one wandered of we had time to eat and also walk the field for another 45 minutes so all In all good effort!

lunch time was nice came off field we all helped put the tents down and do it all in about 20 mins had lunch and got ready. bit rushed for afternoon games but that werrnt your guys fault!

finish again once quick pack down and we were in kfc by 4.20 and that included a presentation
will be same again this month!

I really enjoyed the full day although the heat was a bit of a surprise, it had me nearly throwing up in my mask

The organization was top notch to be honest and it made the day flow smoothly and effortlessly.

It getting old news now but communication still needs ALOT of work, i found myself asking for coms quite abit and in turn i felt my coms drop off as the day went on.

All in all thought we didn't do too bad considering we mix teams every month, but i think as time goes by and we get to know our team mates we can start to meld and become a force to be reckoned with
