travel details and costs etc

hey guys and gilrs the final details for the weekend.

were playing 2 teams this weekend, otp delta and otp chaos.

playing we have

obviously we have 11 players if everyone turns up. we will just rotate as we are short of players to make up a 3rd team

meet 8.30 am at my unit to pack stuff into van. the address is 7 teal court, warrenby ts10 5ax for the sat nav people. for everyone else who can follow instructions when you come to my house from middlesbrough you come over the bridge. turn left at the round about and keep driving down the road till you go past inshore fisheries and were the next court along.

leave time 9.00 am

as only 10 people going down for the night from up north we may as well use 2 cars and the van to save on fuel costs. The price of fuel will be £15 each split and that money will be split between all the vechiles.

the bbq will be £5.00 pp inc food and charcoal etc. tweek has very nicely volunteered to cook

paint prices - things have changed slightly guys, i cant get hold of stirling any more only draxus training paint ( another site paint) even though its the same price as stirling (ish) the fill is way too thick and waxy to use. it would make a huge mess of the barricades and your clothes which you have to wear the day after. so i have sorted out a mid range paint for £25 a box. obviously this is a little bit more expensive than £20 for training but cheaper than £30.00 for what you were going to use for the tourney.

it works out exactly the same for the training and tourney. plus extra paint is only £25 a box instead of £30 after the 5 have been used on the team.

the team cost to play will be £200/6 = £33.33 each plus around £25 each paint bill.

so how do we go about paying for this? Ie. do we just give £108.33 to you or...? what?

ok then i will fill my tank before we set off. i now have my satnav back as well!

if we are using the van to transpost some kit i can get a total of 5 in my car, if not it might get to be a tight squeez

The cash will be collected as and when its needed, probs all the anciliary stuff like food, fuel, air training paint will be taken straight off, the tournament charges come later!

Yeah illegal imigrant is making an appearance, but as he has a gig on Saturday. And I'm working were gonna drive down at 4.30 Sunday morning.

Hence why I have picked him or us and left you guys together. Now w only have 9 or training so what will happen is Kai tweek Marky p will train together with the 6th person ( the rotated person on each game) that way you lot should get comfortable with the rotation and be able to move around a bit.

As there is only 9 training and if everyone got a box it would not be that much paint each so the best way of doing it is everyone throw there paint in together for the 2 teams training and I'll be nice to donate a box which will give you 10 then use it as team paint between the 9 that way you will get a lot more games than everyone just using there own box. Hope this sounds fair but it's how I would work it.

The last thing which I havnt told him about yet is captain of the delta team.

This person is ideal for captain in my book and me Kai and tweek will also help him on the day. Since he joined I would say he is one of the most if not the most committed out the whole squad so welcome your captain for the day: oddjob - knock em dead mate I know you can do it!!
