August field calls and plans

Jon is going to meet up with Cookie to get his air bed.
Badger if it possible to meet up with Jon on Friday once have finished work to pick up the tent and airbeds
I am going to meet up with Kai and Alex, along with Sue and Danni on site for between 2-3pm
If possible for Badger, Sly and Holly (car 1) to be down at Uttoxeter for 4pm at the latest. So we can set up the big tent, air beds etc.
Jon, Cookie, Crilly, Budgie (car 2) to follow down and arrive as early as possible once they have finished on site.

Me, Sue, Danni, Alex and Kai are going to go down the pub at about 6pm for something to eat, anyone else is who is there is more than welcome to join us.
Anyone else can follow on, or get something on the way, takeaway etc.

The price of fuel is going to between £15-20 each.
The whole idea is to get everyone down as early as possible with the tents all sorted, so that everyone can relax, eat, walk the fields, have a laugh and generally enjoy the weekend.

Badger if you could organise with Holly and Sly, wether they are going to come to you, or you pick them up on sat please.

Can everyone please reply to say thay have seen this so I know all plans are known, and also have seen the field calls.
