June 24th is the date:

its now time imo that some people start showing some commitment. What happened to having 3 teams? we only have 2 as we have brought sponge into chaos and using sue to bolster deltas team!

but we could do with stuff to pack the cars on Friday so we can finish work jump in the cars and drive.

badger do you want to.leave before us so you can take the tent and attempt to erect it lol. so you will need to get tent bag, spines kitbag and your stuff in your car is that possible badger? would you be able to get more in?

right guys fuel will be £15 each less than last month.

badger what time can you go. where do you want to meet everyone?

i would suggest about 3ish and have a nice drive down will be there for 6. what time can you pick the tent up?

or would it be better we all meet up on friday evening and pack the cars then so its all done? obviously bar sponge who badger will you pick up on way?

thanks for the offer nic but im using the tent the weekend after so have to make sure that we can get the tent back in the cars so packing on the way is the most safest option.

I'm easy with the meeting mate ... might be easier if they text me and we sort it out the lot of us ... if you could pass my number on to them please mate don't have many peoples numbers.

Yeah 3 is fine with me would prefer to go down about that time anyway. I'm also fine with meeting and packing on Friday night time dependent need to be somewhere at 9. I think packing Friday will be the best option aswell.

How about tomorrow or Thursday organise a time when you will be at unit and if someone can't do that time or day it is Upto them to get there gear to someone who us going out of the drivers anyway... As it is there cars that need to be packed... Just a thought...
