I'm the same as cookieboro with it being the first time playing speedball and meeting you guys. Doesn't help that I'm sat in the house all day at the moment

I don't have a clue mate never played speedball before have been practicing my triggering and watching just about every techpb video on youtube there is.
Might have to do some mirror popping though was practicing on the stairs but I don't really have anything to hide behind in view of the mirror

well my weekend has just started 
dbenson, we will try and knock some bad habbits that u will have picked up doing rec ball
but at some point on saturday ill be running through some basic training myself to kick some of my bad habbits (as a few out there noticed in my last torny)
also i WILL lean how to superman properly and not remove 6inches of turf!

Haha it's not that bad. I sleep but it takes me on average like 2 - 3 hours to get to sleep is really annoying lol
