right guys looking at this picture, its going to be very very hot on sunday even in the morning.
lots and lots of fluids. i want to see no, and i repeat no caffine based energy drinks, lucozade sport or powerade which is fine but no monster, red bull rockstar or anything like that you will dehydrate way too quickly!! if we see any it will be binned! we dont want to sort anyone out with sunstroke etc etc.
me and tweak are gonna sort some drinks out but everyone bring some with them at 30c you can quite happily drink 2-3l of liquids in the morning session!!!
sun tan lotion is a good idea, high factor as well!!

sound will make sure I have loads of water ... not sure on the suntan lotion though

not just water guys, electrolyte drinks to restabalize your body fluids! water is good but not all you need.

Might go get some re hydration things from the bike shop in the village taste loads better than lucozade but can't remember how much they cost will have to have a look!
