Team Hoodie mock up

ok so i havnt been exactly...... forth coming with the team / forums or people in general,

been talking to jonathan ,

and yes i think i have lost the flare for paintball as well as other things but this isnt a self help site now is it.

basically to try and spark myself up again and to turn chat into actions mainly from the last team meet. here is a mock up of a design i thought of and also what i would look like on a hoodie plus, possible sponsership logos too...

the template can easily be found on google under black hoodie template view full size if you wish to use for editing ( trust me )

fyi i used paint so it is very rough around the edges.

of course my personal opinion is i like the logo its sharp, simple and modern...

please make your own designs if you have ideas

now how do i upload a photo....

to get rough prices we need vector copies of the logo's and also the pic of it together so we can send it to some companies. i know kai has all the copies of my artwork.

if he can get it sent to me when he is next at work we can go from there!

me i like it and would be proud to wear 1, the only thing im not sure on is player names on back. i hate people knowing my name but ill go with the general team thoughts!

sure kai will be able to help with the graphivs part he is good with things like that lol.

and i cant even spell lol

dont need your actual name on the back though, could just have, 'The Boss' or something like that? I'm quite excited for these now and if you cant spell not having your name could work as well, you'd probably end up with 'JNO' on the back

iv just tried making an image however paint is a damned aweful program to use! soooo i gave up. might download photoshop again :/

I like the design a lot. I would go with it!

Never use paint to freehand graphics, pointless and crap. In fact, unless you have a freehand tablet, don't use a computer at all!

Names or no names I'm up for either way!

Personally i dont want my name on it, if i was out and about i wouldnt every tom dick and harry knowing my name, eventually it will be on the playing shirts which is more than sufficent

Ive been looking around and for a hoodie that is front and back printed.

I've found a site that will do them for £20.99 if we order between 10 and 14. If we order more than that it keeps getting cheaper. We can always worry about logo's on the arms and stuff later. The hoodie will have OTP logo on the front, the squad logo on the back and the website at the back bottom!

£21 quid is quite cheap for that much printing. The same company also do caps and I mentioned to someone recently about maybe a hoodi/cap combo
Maybe if we order caps as well we could get the hoodies even cheaper!

Do we want to put a deadline on the design so we can get the ball rolling? Might be an idea to get them done ready to showcase at shoot the rainbow?

lets say 1 week from now and collect money at next team womens gathering which is beginning of august so we should easily have them for shoot the rainbow if not before maybe in time for august tourney!

well names on the hoodies could be optional for each player couldn't they? but like Tweak said we will eventually have them on playing shirts, I'm for having my name on the back but i'll go with the majority if we decide to have either name/no name collectively. That is pretty cheep Kai and if everyone on the team got one then, obviously this is down to Jon, ones for the site, with 'marshall', 'games manager' etc. on the back, just an idea, would make it cheaper even still. Yea, thats just what I was thinking Sly. I am going to give the company a ring to get a quote and discuss what to do. We can't have names on the back and keep it cheap as having a different name on each one would count as an individual design and so we would get no bulk buy discount.

I am going to start a new thread, please put in there if you would like a hoodie and whether you would like a cap as well or not. Final number by next week.

Yeah if we get them without names then print them ourselves if wanted? Or if no one wants them and thats the majority decision then just not can we have the cap i like please

Sorry ain't been on much lately guys, we've got quite a but going on at the mo, I'll explain in a different thread later, but I like that logo, think I like cookies digitalisation for the splat n the guys are more defined but the text is rubbish sorry lol think the text from jenn's would look way better, but she's done some brilliant ideas there! been doing some doodles too but computer and scanner fecked and for some reason can't get my phone to upload anything do don't think you'll get to see them lol will keep trying

I dont think the company do the flex fit caps but what I can do is get a number of fabric badges with the logo on made and we can buy the caps seperate and get them sewn on!

That logo you e-mailed me is tiny, no way can I get that blown up. Needs to be at least 1400x800 pixels or somewhere close

i think we should do the logo separate and get the flexi-fit caps as they're miles better.

For the cap colour i was thinking either main body red with black trim all the way around, then have the websites in white? Or main body in black with red trim with the website in white again. The latter would probably be a better option as the splat on the logo is red.

The caps I was just gunna go for a plain black (gets more expensive with multiple colours) and have the writing in white.
It may be better just got get some patches made up. That way people can choose where they are. Stitch them onto hats or bags or anything!

I think each cap should have the logo in the same place though.

Oh yea, will make sure its in same place! Although I'm not too sure this is gunna go ahead by the fact that weve only had 3 or 4 replies from people who want them. The old OTP, do nothing trick. Come on guys, I'm putting myself out to get this done, the least you could do is put a post up

Good stuff yeah i agree with Kai, even if you don't want one, can't afford one or whatever at least post up saying so, makes Kai's job a lot easier

Deadline for designs is Wednesday this week, this gives me time to set the order with the company before the womens gathering.
This means we must be made up on which one by then. At the minute there is only one design, any more???

i like jenns, but i do think oddjob's men are better, by this i mean the detail of them, they looks better in black, is there any way we can put cookies men onto jenns design?

Ive altered the image to soften the rough edges. This should stop it looking pants when its enlarged, also put it on a transparent background. You will see the image looks slightly 'worn', this is part of the softening process and can't be helped but I think it makes it look better anyway!

the men in the logo oddjob did are more detailed than the ones jenn did, so is there a way to photoshop cookies men into jenn's logo?

I've done a design but can't get it up on here for some reason so sent a photo to Jon n James since I have their numbers still doodling some more since Nick's working nights and I can't sleep lol , Kai I'll try sending them to you too
